Huge News
Well, my wife (Lisa) informed me on Friday that in May we will be having another baby. We knew that this was a possibility and are both stoked about it. I spent a lot of time last night praying and talking to God about all the tough stuff we are going through at the church and asking for a “small win” to celebrate and He pointed out that we have a small win growing inside of Lisa. I broke down their and praised Him for our little blessing. I was stressed about finances and He reminded me that He knew that B2 (as we are calling it) is His kid and that He is going to provide for him/her. Humbling but relaxing.

Thanks for sharing your feelings on this. God is the only way to eleviate stress…only putting faith in His care for us can we truly live a “stress-free” life.
I am so happy for you guys – I have loved watching Melody grow up and what great parents you and Lisa are Melody and B2 are very lucky to have you guys as parents. Their lives will be blessed for it!

Matthew and Lisa, I am so proud of you both. You are excellent parents to Melody. The way that you live you life everyday and demonstrate you walk is very inspiring to everyone whos lives you touch. Thank you for letting me be a part of your lives. I can’t wait to hold B2 and watch you guide B2’s life so that he/she will know the way of our Lord.
So I never knew that you do this, now that I do, I will check it often. I am not surprised one bit that God has blesed you with another one of his children to train up in his word…expect more. You guys are amazing, dillegent parents from what I have seen. I wouldn’t be surprised if God has your quiver bursting for years and years. There is no doubt that he will provide for you guys abundantly as you continue to do his work. We love you guys and we are so proud of you. You are a wonderful husband, father and son. =D
